Privacy & client materials

A research request should not become public just because you submitted it.

The intake form collects only the information needed to scope and respond to a project. The site may also retain session-level referral or campaign parameters so I can tell which outreach channel produced an inquiry. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, private medical records, or material you are not authorized to share.

What is stored

Name, email address, selected service, project brief, deadline, client type, and whether human-only verification was requested.

Why it is stored

To evaluate the request, respond to you, scope the project, and keep a basic record of the inquiry.

Retention

New intake records are configured to expire from the lead store after 180 days unless they are needed for an active client engagement or legal/accounting recordkeeping.

Publication

Submitting a project request does not grant permission to publish your materials or identify you as a client. Public examples use fictional or separately authorized material.

Scope boundary

The service is limited to lawful public-source research, client-authorized materials, and legally accessible records and archives. No hacking, credential access, surveillance, deceptive pretexting, restricted databases, or legal advice.
